I am a voluntary worker of the Humansdorp SPCA
I am expected to adhere to the same disciplinary code as full-time employees of the Humansdorp SPCA;
I have read the code of conduct and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions;
I may be asked to accompany an SPCA staff member in a vehicle on official SPCA duties/drive an SPCA vehicle;
I am responsible for my own medical expenses in the case of an injury sustained whilst fulfilling my voluntary duties at the SPCA.
I further indemnify the Humansdorp SPCA, its directors, office bearers, staff and benefactors against all claims of whatsoever nature by whomsoever which might arise in connection with any incident, accident, injury or any other cause whilst in the voluntary employ of the Humansdorp SPCA. I am prepared to obtain a SAPs clearance certificate at SPCA's cost if I am requested to handle money.
