Meet Joy van Hemert, the bubbly heartbeat of our fundraising team! As our Tin Collection Organiser, Joy spreads joy and collects funds with her infectious smile. She’s a master of making deals and isn’t shy to ask for discounts or freebies – she’s not easily deterred by a ‘no’! Joy’s husband Rob is her rock, tirelessly visiting shops around Jeffreys Bay to empty our tins, meticulously counting coins, and keeping track of every cent. Together, they’re a fundraising force to be reckoned with.
